FEATURED PROJECTS

Kings Tower proposes a mix of residential (206 apartments) and commercial accommodation over 39 storeys at the entrance to the Castlegate Quarter in the centre of Sheffield. The architecture is exemplary; and the design sets an optimistic direction of travel for the quality of development to follow in the area. This scheme is set to kickstart regeneration in this part of the city. The planning application is live.

The Elements is a purpose-built student house scheme based in a conservation area. Crowley Associates led the planning strategy and managed the submission of a series of planning applications for this project. The development created a gateway to the area whilst being sympathetic to the industrial heritage that surrounds it.

The Hen House is an award winning piece of architecture - a forever home designed along sustainable principles by Paul Testa Architecture. Crowley Associates was involved from inception and delivered the planning strategy that ensured planning permission was granted first time round.
