The £35m project described as a flagship scheme for Sheffield will transform a derelict former car showroom into a gateway for the city centre.
The scheme will include 144 private apartments, 190 student beds, with a mix of commercial space at ground.
Challenges faced by the client and architects, Bond Byran included the height of the project, which is a significant change to the current building and townscape.
Crowley Associates worked with the client from the very beginning, working closely with the architects to help deliver a planning application that secured the permission for this outstanding project.
