357 Fulwood Road is a large Victorian Villa which has been split into three dwellings. A ground floor flat, a first floor flat and an annex. In 2019 we produced a planning and heritage statement for this residential development. The owners of the ground floor flat ad annex wanted to demolish the existing annex and replace it with a modern dwelling and landscaping.
Our planning and heritage statement not only looked at the historic nature of the building, the current situation with the division of the building but the trees within the proposed development area and the substantial amount of change to the villa itself and the grounds over the past 40 years.
We submitted the application and Planning was approved in March 2020.
