Susan is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute with more than 25 years’ experience of working in both the public and the private sectors. She is a highly committed practitioner with a strong reputation for delivering creative, defensible and sustainable planning solutions. Susan combines a keen interest in design and heritage-led development with a thorough working knowledge of planning law, policy and procedure.

 

Susan is a planner with experience across all sectors and all aspects of planning having worked in both the public sector and consultancy. Susan has spent the majority of her career coordinating multi-disciplinary teams on significant projects. Throughout, her work has been driven by a high standard of professionalism and integrity.

Since founding Crowley Associates in 2011, Susan has built up a strong client base with repeat business and a broad portfolio of work. Her expertise is in the field of development management and her company offers a comprehensive strategic planning, development management and appeal service, identifying and promoting development opportunities; and procuring and managing multi-disciplinary development teams.
