Crowley Associates is delighted to announce the submission of the Kings Tower planning application. We have been working on this city centre site in Sheffield over the last eighteen months with award-winning architects Hodder + Partners, our clients SFGE Properties Ltd, the wider development team and in collaboration with the Local Authority. This regeneration proposal is set to deliver an exemplary piece of architecture incorporating 206 apartments across 38 storeys, plus commercial at ground and first floor. In addition, the development is set to deliver extensive public realm works to the immediate environment.
