Seckar House – Application Approved!

We are delighted to announce that we have secured planning permission for a replacement dwelling on a Green Belt site, near Wakefield, which sits within SSSI woodland.

The architecture, beautifully crafted by CE+CA, alongside a carefully thought through planning argument has won the support of the planning authority for a substantially larger dwelling. It has taken three years, but the clients can now look forward to getting on site to build their forever home.

We have been impressed by their patience and perseverance, and of course, it has been a pleasure as always to work alongside the very talented and committed CE+CA team and consultant ecologist Louisa Kate Molloy of LM Ecology.

You can read more about the project on our project's page - Seckar House.
